MCC Adds Shrink Sleeve Label Manufacturer Eximpro

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) announced the acquisition of Mexico-based Eximpro, a provider of shrink sleeve label (SSL) solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, Eximpro is a top Mexican producer of SSL, a high-growth labeling technology in which full-color 360-degree labels conform to the shape of the container, most commonly used in beverage applications. With its continuous investments in its people, processes and technology, Eximpro adds further capabilities and market reach to MCC’s existing portfolio of SSL solutions.
